Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please note that some items have lead times of several weeks. Please contact us at any time to check for stock levels and lead time information.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight based. If you need overnight delivery, please let us know in the order notes. It depends on our stock level whether that request can be fulfilled or not.
Returns Policy
You may return most unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Warranty
Thermetrics warrants that the items purchased will be and remain free from defects in workmanship and materials and perform the general process function intended, solely under the conditions defined by Thermetrics, for a period of 12 months from date of shipment. Thermetrics will replace, modify or repair, at its sole option, any such defective component or equipment at no charge provided that Thermetrics is notified promptly in writing of any claimed defect.
